Greenville - It’s All Here

Greenville, SC is a world-class city that still understands the meaning of community. Its robust business climate, thriving arts and entertainment scene, abundance of natural amenities and unparalleled quality of life have earned Greenville national recognition and countless awards. Halfway between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, Greenville is located in the northwest corner of SC, in what is commonly referred to as the Upstate. It is the sixth largest municipality in SC, with an estimated population of 61,915 in a 28.8 square mile area.

Greenville’s cost of living is consistently lower than the national average, which sets it apart from peer cities, and the area’s moderate climate and diversity of housing options contribute to its appeal as one of the most desirable places to live in the United States.

In addition to being the cultural, arts and entertainment epicenter for the Upstate region, Greenville’s location in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains provides outdoor enthusiasts with access to endless recreational opportunities. Greenville is also home to two of the Southeast’s best healthcare systems, as well as the highest achieving school district in SC.
