Cleveland Park Pollinator Garden

The City of Greenville's Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department has received a donation of $25,000 to install and maintain a Pollinator Garden in Cleveland Park. This garden provides a natural habitat to a variety of species of birds, insects, reptiles, mammals, flora, fungi and more. These habitats are critical in offering the nutrients, pollination process, reproduction and safe space to ensure a healthy ecosystem for the City's residents and visitors.

Officially Opened on October 23, 2023

The City's Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department hosted a ribbon cutting unveiling the Pollinator Garden along the Prisma Health Swamp Rabbit Trail in Cleveland Park. Thanks to the generosity of the MacPherson family and Councilmember Dorothy Dowe, our community has a vibrant space to support pollinators like bees and butterflies.

This garden is a symbol of our commitment to sustainability and preserving our environment. We invite everyone to visit, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the new Pollinator Garden!
